6c293b6553 stage1: escape '%' in command lines as well as '$' 
systemd substitutes both %-specifiers and $-variables starting from the
second command-line argument, and rkt should escape both of them.

cfa51c5c4e stage1/kvm: fix qemu memfd build failure 
This is a backport of a qemu upstream patch to fix a memfd related
failure. It first adds infrastructure to apply the patch to qemu at
build time.

This refactors awsAuthHeaderer to match oAuthBearerTokenHeaderer and modifies
the `config` command so awsAuthHeaderer can be marshaled to JSON (support for
this was previously missing).
