Niall Crowe d856fb43e1 Add "podman kube generate" command
"podman kube generate" creates Kubernetes YAML from Podman containers,
pods or volumes. Users will still be able to use "podman generate
kube" as an alias of "kube generate".

## NAME
podman\-kube - Play containers, pods or volumes based on a structured input file
## SYNOPSIS
**podman kube** *subcommand*
## DESCRIPTION
The kube command will recreate containers, pods or volumes based on the input from a structured (like YAML)
file input. Containers will be automatically started.
## COMMANDS
