umohnani8 4c70b8a94b Add "podman volume" command 
Add support for podman volume and its subcommands.
The commands supported are:
	podman volume create
	podman volume inspect
	podman volume ls
	podman volume rm
	podman volume prune

This is a tool to manage volumes used by podman. For now it only handle
named volumes, but eventually it will handle all volumes used by podman.

DESCRIPTION

podman volume is a set of subcommands that manage volumes.

SUBCOMMANDS

Subcommand Description
podman-volume-create(1) Create a new volume.
podman-volume-inspect(1) Get detailed information on one or more volumes.
podman-volume-ls(1) List all the available volumes.
podman-volume-rm(1) Remove one or more volumes.
podman-volume-prune(1) Remove all unused volumes.
