Erik Sjölund de92db0c81 man pages and command help: clean up descriptions
Short description in man pages:
* Use imperative form

Command help (cobra.Command.Short):
* Capitalize first letter
* Use imperative form
* Remove ending full stop when the short description
  only contains one sentence without any commas

Command help (cobra.Command.Long):
* Capitalize first letter unless the sentence starts
  with a command "podman command ..."
* Use imperative form when the long description is
  identical or almost identical to the short description.
  This modification was only done in a few places.

Command tables:
* Use imperative form in the "Description" column

SYNOPSIS

podman volume subcommand

DESCRIPTION

podman volume is a set of subcommands that manage volumes.

SUBCOMMANDS

Command Man Page Description
create podman-volume-create(1) Create a new volume.
exists podman-volume-exists(1) Check if the given volume exists.
export podman-volume-export(1) Export volume to external tar.
import podman-volume-import(1) Import tarball contents into an existing podman volume.
inspect podman-volume-inspect(1) Get detailed information on one or more volumes.
ls podman-volume-ls(1) List all the available volumes.
mount podman-volume-mount(1) Mount a volume filesystem.
prune podman-volume-prune(1) Remove all unused volumes.
reload podman-volume-reload(1) Reload all volumes from volumes plugins.
rm podman-volume-rm(1) Remove one or more volumes.
unmount podman-volume-unmount(1) Unmount a volume.
