Ansgar Becker 8b726e2911 Text and hex editor forms have "toolwin" style, which prevents the app from appearing when pressing Alt+Tab. Additionally, Alt+Tab leaves the app in foreground when such a window had focus. This is a Windows issue, as one can read here: http://edn.embarcadero.com/article/26050 . Set both forms back to bsSizable, fixes issue #2061.
