Issue number: internal --------- ## What is the current behavior? - The current toggle, using the ionic theme, is not following the design for pressed state, as well as the default background color for unchecked toggles ## What is the new behavior? For the ionic theme: - Changes unselected toggle background color to follow the new style: `ion-primitives-neutral-500 - Changes the toggle background color for pressed states: `ion-bg-primary-base-press` and `ion-bg-neutral-base-press`, for checked and unchecked toggles, respectively - updates the toggle snapshots accordingly ## Does this introduce a breaking change? - [ ] Yes - [x] No --------- Co-authored-by: ionitron <hi@ionicframework.com>
