b8ad42c797 refactor(searchbar): changed Cancel button to show by default 
Renamed some searchbar input properties. Fixed the cancel button
showing when it wasn’t focused.

99cb565312 bundle gulp task 
Use webpack to create two UMD bundles - one of just ionic that
expects Angular2 to be an external module, the other that includes
zone.js, reflect-metadata, and angular2 as well.
