Make knownFolders.currentApp default to __dirname.

In cases where we can't find a `tns_modules` subfolder (webpack, etc),
assume the current dir is the app dir.

Fix the test run on iOS
...
The test failed due to a huge output by the `tns platform add ios`
command. Change the grunt `exec` task to `shell` and specify max
length.
