191f83b8dc docs: typos (#10145) 
There were small typos in:
- apps/automated/src/ui/web-view/web-view.md
- tools/notes/DevelopmentWorkflow.md

Fixes:
- Should read `describe` rather than `decribe`.
- Should read `control` rather than `controll`.
