Debugging flutter elinux tool

Snapshot
flutter-elinux tool creates its snapshot (compiled Dart code) when it's run for the first time. To force the snapshot to be re-generated, delete bin/cache/flutter-elinux.s* files.
Debugging with VSCode
Create launch.json
Create a launch.json file like the following.
