wangmengyang 77bfaacde6 add more modem sleep wake up hooks and provide BT-BB reset functions for modem sleep(c6cbbbd7)

1. split sleep-enter procedure into two phases: Phase 1 for time-critical and Phase 2 for non-time-critical
2. split bluetooth baseband(BT-BB) initialization into two phases:
   Phase 1 shall be done in early stage of bluetooth IP initialization or modem sleep wakeup
   Phase 2 shall be done after PHY/RF is switched on

ESP32 BT/BLE Stack Libraries

This repository contains binary libraries supporting the ESP32 RF subsystems. It is used as a submodule within `Espressif IoT Development Framework`_ (ESP-IDF).

Files in this repository are Copyright (C) 2015-2016 Espressif Systems.

These binary libraries are provided under the same license as the parent esp-idf project - the Apache License 2.0 as provided in the file LICENSE. (The license text refers to this as "Object" form.)
