* configure.host (i[34]86-*-sco*): Use i386sco rather than i386v.
	* config/i386-sco.mt (TDEFINES): Removed.
	* config/i386sco.mh: New file to use sco-core.
	* hosts/i386sco.h: New file; just includes hosts/i386v.h.

Not needed for gdb 4.10.
