* gas/mips/mips.exp: Run mips16 test.

	* gas/mips/mips.exp: Run dli test unconditionally.
	* gas/mips/dli.s: Add text symbol.  Add nops to round to 16 byte
	boundary.
	* gas/mips/dli.d: Corresponding changes.
