* reloc.c (bfd_byte, reloc_howto_type): here.
	* Changed all occurrences of ``const struct reloc_howto_struct''
	to be ``reloc_howto_type'' instead.
	* bfd-in2.h, libbfd.h, libcoff.h: Rebuilt.
Avoids problems with the native Irix 5 compiler.
