(.dep): Depend on $(CFILES) and $(HFILES).  Delete .dep1 and remake it, so that
"$?" is complete.
(.dep1): Don't need to remove .dep1 first.
(dep.sed): Depend on config.status, not Makefile.
(CFILES): Add nlm.c.
