Fred Fish c2d708261f * cofflink.c (coff_link_check_ar_symbols): Handle C_SYSTEM syms 
the same as C_EXT syms.
        (coff_link_add_symbols): Ditto.
        (_bfd_coff_link_input_bfd): Ditto.
        (_bfd_coff_write_task_globals): Add save_global_to_static.  Use
        it to preserve and restore state of global_to_static flag.
