	finish_reloc backend function.
	(ecoff_write_object_contents): Removed MIPS specific assertions.
	* coff-mips.c (mips_finish_reloc): New function.
	(mips_ecoff_backend_data): Fill in new fields.
	* coff-alpha.c (alpha_ecoff_backend_data): Use NULL for new
	fields.
	* targets.c: Added extern for ecoffalpha_little_vec.
