OBJDUMP_FOR_TARGET, NM_FOR_TARGET; they're not used.
(AS_FOR_TARGET, CC_FOR_TARGET, OBJDUMP, OBJDUMP_FOR_TARGET, NM, NM_FOR_TARGET):
Don't define.
(VMS_OTHER_OBJS): Add xmalloc.o and xexit.o from libiberty.
(tooldir): Use exec_prefix, not libdir.
