separated by commas.
	(ifile_p1): Add EXTERN.
	* ldlex.l: Accept EXTERN in BOTH and SCRIPT mode as well as MRI
	mode.
	* ld.texinfo (Options): Mention that EXTERN is equivalent to -u.
	(Miscellaneous Commands): Document EXTERN.
