(AR, AR_FLAGS, BISON, MAKEINFO): Remove duplicate variables.
	(RANLIB, CC): Likewise.
	(end): Use $(CC_FOR_BUILD), not $(CC).
	* configure.in: Set CC_FOR_BUILD.
	* configure: Rebuild.
