	* subsegs.c (MANY_SEGMENTS): Increase segment limit.
	* obj-coff.c (seg_N_TYPE, seg_info_off_by_4): Likewise.
	(do_relocs_for, w_symbols, obj_coff_add_segment, do_linenos_for,
	crawl_symbols, coff_header_append): Loop to SEG_LAST rather than
	SEG_E9.

Until BFD backend works with i386-pe.
