	(as.c): Compile with GCC.
	(TARG_OBJECTS, CLIBS): Define.
	(as.new): Use LDFLAGS, TARG_OBJECTS, CLIBS and EXTRALIBS in link
	command.
	(config.h, config-stamp): Build.
	config/ho-mpw.h (HOST_SPECIAL_INIT): Define.
