arg, it is a value not a symbol.

	gcc -Wall lint:
	* eval.c: Move declaration of evaluate_subexp_with_coercion from here..
	* expression.h: ..to here.
	* expression.h: Include value.h.
	* ch-lang.c (evaluate_subexp_chill): Add default case in switch.
