* ldlex.l (COMMAND): Accept -EB and -EL command line arguments,
	returning OPTION_EB and OPTION_EL.  gcc passes these to a MIPS
	linker.
	* ldgram.y (OPTION_EB, OPTION_EL): New tokens.
	(command_line_option): Accept and ignore OPTION_EB and OPTION_EL.
