	If the DYNAMIC flag is set, set it in the exec header.
	* aoutx.h (NAME(aout,some_aout_object_p)): If the object is
	dynamically linked, set the DYNAMIC flag in the BFD.
	* libaout.h (N_SET_DYNAMIC): New macro.
	(N_DYNAMIC): Add missing 0 in mask.
