(OPTION_WARN_PARALLEL): Rename from OPTION_WARN.
	(OPTION_NO_WARN_PARALLEL): Rename from OPTION_NO_WARN.
	(md_longopts): Recognize --{no-,}warn-unmatched-high.
	(md_parse_option): Likewise.
	(md_show_usage): Likewise.
	(m32r_frob_file): Likewise.
