* bfd-in2.h, libbfd.h: Regenerated.
	* elf32-m32r.c: Update.
	(m32r_elf_10_pcrel_reloc): New function.
	(elf_m32r_howto_table, R_M32R_10_PCREL entry): Use it.
	(elf_m32r_howto_table, R_M32R_24 entry): Fix {src,dst}_masks.
