David Edelsohn 499aa7921c * run.c: #include "libiberty.h". 
(main): New locals sd,no_args,sim_argv.
	Run buildargv on -a option.  Pass argv to sim_open, argv[0]
	is program name.  Update call to sim_set_callbacks.
	Record result of sim_open, pass to other sim_foo routines.
