Add creation of gconfigargs with `--enable-shared' turned on.
	($(host)-stamp-stage2-configured): Pass $(gconfigargs).
	($(host)-stamp-stage3-configured): Likewise.
	(HOLES): Add chatr and ldd.
	(i386-ncr-sysv4.3*): Add use of /usr/ccs/bin in the PATH and HOLE_DIRS.
