	* config/pa/tm-hppao.h (PSW_SS): Define for single-stepping.
	(MACHINE_CPROC_*_OFFSET): Define.
	(TRACE_*): Define.
	(START_INFERIOR_TRAPS_EXPECTED): Delete definition.
