pseudo ops.
        (tc_gen_reloc, SOM version): Handle R_BEGIN_TRY and R_END_TRY.
        (md_apply_fix): Likewise.
        (pa_try): New function.
        (hppa_force_relocation): Force relocs for BEGIN_TRY and END_TRY.
More PA exception handling crud.
