	* configure.in (HLDFLAGS): New substitution.
	* configure: Rebuild.
	* configure.host: Set HLDFLAGS on SunOS.
	* Makefile.in (HLDFLAGS): New variable.
	(BFDDEP): New variable.
	(BFDLIB): Change to -L../bfd -lbfd.
	($(LD_PROG)): Depend upon $(BFDDEP) rathern than $(BFDLIB).  Use
	$(HLDFLAGS) in link.
	(check): Set LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the environment.

in the read-only section, not read/write unless we are making a
shared library.
(.debug*): Add dwarf debug sections.
(.rela.{sdata*,sbss*}): Add sections.
