obj_coff_val): Add unused int argument to satisfy prototypes; goes
with Ian's 10 Sep changes.
(S_GET_DATA_TYPE, S_SET_DATA_TYPE, S_GET_STORAGE_CLASS,
S_SET_STORAGE_CLASS): Now function instead of macros.
(obj_emit_lineno) [BFD_ASSEMBLER]: Deleted.
(tag_insert): Local var ERROR_STRING is const. Use "const" not
"CONST" for argument NAME. Fixed prototype.
(coff_frob_symbol): Removed explicit "#if 1" directive. If
S_IS_EXTERNAL, set storage class to C_EXT.
(s_get_name): Use "const" not "CONST".
* config/obj-coff.h (S_GET_DATA_TYPE, S_SET_DATA_TYPE,
S_GET_STORAGE_CLASS, S_SET_STORAGE_CLASS): Deleted.
(obj_emit_lineno): Declare only for non-BFD_ASSEMBLER. For
BFD_ASSEMBLER, define as macro that aborts.
(obj_extra_stuff, tc_headers_hook): Declare only for
non-BFD_ASSEMBLER.
(coff_frob_symbol): Fix prototype.
