* infrun.c (handle_command): Rewrite to allow multiple signal

numbers, signal number ranges, and to recognize "all" to mean all
	signals except those used by the debugger.
	* infrun.c (SET_SIGS, UNSET_SIGS):  Macros used in handle_command
	to set or reset actions for specific signals.
