[AARCH64] Add thunderx support to gas

This patch adds -mcpu=thunderx support to gas.

OK? Tested with no regressions.

ChangeLog:
	* config/tc-aarch64.c (aarch64_cpus):
	Add thunderx.
	* doc/c-aarch64.texi: Document that thunderx
	is a valid processor name.
