x86: record register use for SIMD insns without respective explicit operands

VZERO{ALL,UPPER} modify YMM registers despite having no operands.

While {,V}{LD,ST}MXCSR don't modify XMM registers, MXCSR and XMMn
collectively form underlying machine state.
