Carsten Brandt ddade3fc6e fixed behavior of AuthMethod::isActive

this is an adjustment of #10188 fixing  #7405
isActive() should not be affected in any way by specifying "optional" property.
isActive() should be determined from only and except.
If it is active it can then be checked if optional or not.
Currently this changes the behavior that except will always have precedence.

Yii PHP Framework Version 2

This is the core framework code of Yii 2.

This repository is a read-only git subsplit of https://github.com/yiisoft/yii2. Please submit issue reports and pull requests to the main repository. For license information check the LICENSE-file.

Installation

The preferred way to install the Yii framework is through composer.

Either run

composer global require "fxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.1.1"
composer require yiisoft/yii2

or add

"yiisoft/yii2": "~2.0.0",

to the require section of your composer.json.
