Carsten Brandt a375a62070 bump minimum required cubrid version

there is no reliable way to determine the cubrid PDO extension version used
and also no reliable way to detect which combination of server and client produces wrong behavior.

By requiering 9.3 or higher in both client and server we can be sure it works.

Yii PHP Framework Version 2

This is the core framework code of Yii 2.

Installation

The preferred way to install the Yii framework is through composer.

Either run

composer global require "fxp/composer-asset-plugin:1.0.0-beta2"
composer require --prefer-dist "yiisoft/yii2 *"

or add

"yiisoft/yii2": "*",

to the require section of your composer.json.
