Miloslav Trmač d29a4a6d17 Add TestHeaderGetCredentialsRoundtrip ...

... as an end-to-end unit test of the header creation/parsing
code.

Leave the docker.io and docker.io/vendor test cases commented out,
because they are currently failing.
