package and package-install targets have been renamed to rpm and rpm-install respectively for clarity. `make rpm` will now build rpm using HEAD. Resolves: #18817 [NO NEW TESTS NEEDED] Signed-off-by: Lokesh Mandvekar <lsm5@fedoraproject.org>
