5e1c2f8d7d Machine init --provider
Add the ability for users to override the default provider when creating mahcines. The new flag is `--provider` and allows you to specifiy a valid vmtype for the platform. This PR also removes the previous list test where we tested listing all providers. I added a PR for testing --provider which includes a standard `machine ls` which defaults now to showing all providers.

34166fc004 Bump Go version to v6
Tremendous amount of changes in here, but all should amount to
the same thing: changing Go import paths from v5 to v6.

Also bumped go.mod to github.com/containers/podman/v6 and updated
version to v6.0.0-dev.

069eace84b Podman machine resets all providers
Podman machine reset now removes and resets machines from all providers availabe on the platform.

On windows, if the user is does not have admin privs, machine will only reset WSL, but will emit a warning that it is unable to remove hyperV machines without elevated privs.

ee5153c545 machine: Add LibKrun provider detection
Adds provider detection for LibKrun in `pkg/provider/platform_darwin.go`.

Changes the macOS version check to 13 instead of 11, and now uses the `semver`
package to verify current version.

d2c1de5993 Add krun support to podman machine
This PR adds libkrun support to podman machine. This is an experimental feature and should not be marketed yet. Before we unmark the experimental status on this function, we will need to have full CI support and a full podman point release has pased.

This work relies on the fact that vfkit and libkrun share a reasonably (if not perfectly) same API. The --log-level debug option will not show a GUI screen for boots as krun is not capable of this.

6b02c4894b Podman 5 machine refactor - applehv
this is the second provider done (qemu first). all tests pass on arm64 hardware locally ... the hybrid pull from oci registries limit this to arm64 only.

calling gvproxy, waiting for it, and then vfkit seems to still be problematic. this would be an area that should be cleaned up once all providers are implemented.

c728eeb39e Create pkg/machine/ignition package
Moves all of the ignitionfiles out of the `machine` package and into
its own called `ignition`. This required `VMType` to get moved out of
the `machine` package and into the `define` package in order to prevent
a circular dependency.

f5a986f4ee Set applehv as default darwin provider
Podman 5 will not support QEMU on darwin anymore. This PR only changes the default from `qemu` to `applehv`. Code changes to enforce not supporting qemu will come later.

919dce1315 Plumbing to run machine tests with hyperv
this pr has the basic plumbing that allows the e2e machine tests to run
with the hyperv provider.

it requires a special fcos image right now because gvforwarder was not
in the upstream fcos images for hyperv.

changed the way "provider" is set; moved GetProvider functions to
pkg/machine/provider. provider is now set at the machine level.
