Matt Heon	4c1c4c082a	Vendor latest c/common and fix tests ... This vendors the latest c/common version, including making Pasta the default rootless network provider. That broke a number of tests, which have been fixed as part of this PR. Also includes a change to network stats logic, which simplifies the code a bit and makes it actually work with Pasta.
