Update to the latest c/{common,image} which inclused an update to
docker v28, that update is NOT backwards compatible so I had to fix a
few types.
NOTE: handler.ExecCreateConfig is used directly by the bindings. Thus
this is an API break for pkg/bindings. Including docker types as part of
any stable pkg/bindings API was a very bad idea.
I see no way to avoid that unless we never want to docker v28, which is
not easy as the update comes in from c/image and maybe other packages.

If not already bumped, this will bump:
c/storage v1.57.1
c/image v5.34.0
c/common v0.62.0
in preparation for Podman v5.4 and beyond.
Buildah will be vendored in a separate PR.

Pull in updates made to the filters code for
images. Filters now perform an AND operation
except for th reference filter which does an
OR operation for positive case but an AND operation
for negative cases.

Add a new `no-dereference` mount option supported by crun 1.11+ to
re-create/copy a symlink if it's the source of a mount. By default the
kernel will resolve the symlink on the host and mount the target.
As reported in #20098, there are use cases where the symlink structure
must be preserved by all means.

The --authfile flag has been ignored. Fix that and add a test to make
sure we won't regress another time. Requires a new --tls-verify flag
to actually test the code.
Also bump c/common since common/pull/1538 is required to correctly check
for updates. Note that I had to use the go-mod-edit-replace trick on
c/common as c/buildah would otherwise be moved back to 1.30.

Requires vendoring fixes from c/common and to update the transformation
code. Also add a test to avoid future regressions.

We can now use the new API for creating files and directories without
setting the umask to allow parallel usage of those methods.
This patch also bumps c/common for that.

By pulling in the fixes from c/common. Add regression tests to make
sure it's not happening another time. The error messages are not
ideal and should probably be optimized in the `/auth` endpoints directly
but it's already an improvement over a nil deref.

Improve the error message when attempting to remove an image that is in
use by an external/build container. Prior, the error only indicated
that the image was in use but did not aid in resolving the issue.

Since containers-common package is tied to specific versions
of Podman, add tools to build the package into the contrib directory
This should help other distributions to figure out which commont
package to ship.

true, false, never, and always. The pull-never and pull-always options
for the build command are still usable, but they have been removed from
