61291e8c70 quadlet: add cat alias for print 
Add new alias `podman quadlet cat` to `podman quadlet print`
to align Podman's quadlet CLI with systemd conventions.

f293c1a179 Initial implementation of podman quadlet commands 
This adds `podman quadlet list`, `podman quadlet install`,
`podman quadlet rm` and `podman quadlet print`.
