A user has reported that a previously used URL in our Introduction
documentation is no longer working. It apparently has missing files and
so forth. We now use a Containerfile that is more reliable and less
chance of change.

Remove the word `consumption` and give a better description for the

Restructuring the docs dir to make integration with sphinx easier. man
pages now exist in docs/source/man and the sphinx make files exists in
docs.
