34166fc004 Bump Go version to v6
Tremendous amount of changes in here, but all should amount to
the same thing: changing Go import paths from v5 to v6.

Also bumped go.mod to github.com/containers/podman/v6 and updated
version to v6.0.0-dev.

74788a3fe1 fileperms: newer Go 1.13+ octal literal format
Problem: While removing cgroupsv1 code, I noticed my neovim Go config
automatically changed fileperms to the new octal format and I didn't
want that polluting my diffs.

Decision: I thought it best to switch to the new octal format in a dedicated PR.

Action:
- Cursor switched to new octal format for all fileperm ocurrences in Go
 source and test files.
- vendor/, docs/ and non-Go files were ignored.
- Reviewed manually.

f825639ebc Verify the ExecSession pid before killing it.
When container is being removed, podman iterates
through its exec sessions and checks whether exec
session pid is still alive.

The problem is that the pid can be reused for other processes,
so that it may not belong to exec session.
In this scenario podman may kill another process

This commit prevents it by doing following changes:

- Adds the PIDData string to ExecSession struct. This string
is used to store additional context for a PID to later verify
that the PID killed by the podman is really the one started by
  it.
- Adds new package called pidhandle which implements the methods
generating the PIDData, and killing the PID with the PIDData
ensuring the right PID is killed by verifying the metadata.

The new code uses pidfd_open and name_to_handle_at when available.
It fallbacks to process start-time get using the gopsutil package.

51ca839c14 libpod: fix handling of additional gids in exec
change the behavior to match what Docker does.

Docker always adds the specified additional gids, no matter the user
specified to exec.

Instead the additional gids read from the /etc/group file are added
only when there is not an explicit group specified in the exec
userspec.

667311c7d5 Use persist dir for oom file
Conmon writes the exit file and oom file (if container
was oom killed) to the persist directory. This directory
is retained across reboots as well.
Update podman to create a persist-dir/ctr-id for the exit
and oom files for each container to be written to. The oom
state of container is set after reading the files
from the persist-dir/ctr-id directory.
The exit code still continues to read the exit file from
the exits directory.

01d397a658 podman: new option --preserve-fd
add a new option --preserve-fd that allows to specify a list of FDs to
pass down to the container.

It is similar to --preserve-fds but it allows to specify a list of FDs
instead of the maximum FD number to preserve.

--preserve-fd and --preserve-fds are mutually exclusive.

It requires crun since runc would complain if any fd below
--preserve-fds is not preserved.

7ade972102 libpod: pass entire environment to conmon
Pass the _entire_ environment to conmon instead of selectively enabling
only specific variables. The main reasoning is to make sure that conmon
and the podman-cleanup callback process operate in the exact same
environment than the initial podman process. Some configuration files
may be passed via environment variables. Podman not passing those down
to conmon has led to subtle and hard to debug issues in the past, so
passing all down will avoid such kinds of issues in the future.

7c9c969815 API attach: return vnd.docker.multiplexed-stream header
The attach API used to always return the Content-Type
`vnd.docker.raw-stream`, however docker api v1.42 added the
`vnd.docker.multiplexed-stream` type when no tty was used.

Follow suit and return the same header for docker api v1.42 and libpod
v4.7.0. This technically allows clients to make a small optimization as
they no longer need to inspect the container to see if they get a raw or
multiplexed stream.

d968f3fe09 Replace deprecated ioutil
Package `io/ioutil` was deprecated in golang 1.16, preventing podman from
building under Fedora 37. Fortunately, functionality identical
replacements are provided by the packages `io` and `os`. Replace all
usage of all `io/ioutil` symbols with appropriate substitutions
according to the golang docs.

2c63b8439b Fix stutters
Podman adds an Error: to every error message. So starting an error
message with "error" ends up being reported to the user as

Error: error ...

This patch removes the stutter.

Also ioutil.ReadFile errors report the Path, so wrapping the err message
with the path causes a stutter.

f85fa9806a libpod: Filter out ENOTCONN errors when trying to close unix domain sockets
On FreeBSD, ENOTCONN can be reported if shutdown is called on a unix
domain socket where the remote end is already closed. This change
ignores those errors instead of printing an error message on container
exit.
