Using golang.org/x/tools/gopls/internal/analysis/modernize/cmd/modernize
+ some manual cleanup in libpod/lock/shm/shm_lock_test.go as it
generated an unused variable
+ restored one removed comment

- Remove redundant exact match checks in ancestor filter implementations
- Add comprehensive test coverage for both prefix and non-prefix substring matching
- Fix missing output verification in ID filter test
- Improve test reliability with proper length checks and consistent flags
- Remove unnecessary length check to ensure tests fail properly if image ID is too short
- Add -q and --no-trunc flags for consistent test output format
- Focus test on substring ID matching specifically (not image names)
- Restore image name matching functionality for existing tests
- Keep substring ID matching for Docker compatibility
- Ensure both regex matching and substring ID matching work together
The ancestor filter now supports both:
1. Image name matching (existing functionality)
2. Substring ID matching (new Docker compatibility feature)

Moving from Go module v4 to v5 prepares us for public releases.
Move done using gomove [1] as with the v3 and v4 moves.

Adds support for `since` as a valid filter option for `podman volume ls`
and `podman volume prune`.
Implements: #19228

Fixes a bug where `podman volume ls` with multiple `label` filters would
return volumes that matched *any* of the filters, not *all* of them.
Adapts generating volume filter functions to be more in
line with how it is done for containers and pods.

Remove code duplication and use the new FilterID function from
c/common. Also remove the duplicated ComputeUntilTimestamp in podman use
the one from c/common as well.

For filter=id=XXX (containers, pods) and =ctr-ids=XXX (pods):
if XXX is only hex characters, treat it as a PREFIX
otherwise, treat it as a REGEX
Add tests. Update documentation. And fix an incorrect help message.

This is a very expensive function as it does a deep copy. Instead
use pre-existing accessors like ctr.CreatedTime() where they exist
and ctr.ConfigNoCopy() where not.

network and container prune could not handle the label!=... filter. vendor in c/common to fix this and
add some podman level handling to make everything run smoothly

golint, scopelint and interfacer are deprecated. golint is replaced by
revive. This linter is better because it will also check for our error
style: `error strings should not be capitalized or end with punctuation or a newline`
scopelint is replaced by exportloopref (already endabled)
interfacer has no replacement but I do not think this linter is
important.

We have to get the network ID from the network backend. With the
netavark backend we no longer use the sha from the name as ID.

As a conclusion of a discussion in #10861, until filter is added
by this commit to volume ls filters.

As stated in #10579 docker silently implements until filter for volume prune.
This commit adds initial support to the HTTP API, both libpod and compat.
It enables further work on that issue, such as adding cli support in the future.

Volumes endpoints for HTTP compat and libpod APIs allowed
usage of list HTTP endpoint filter funcs. Documentation in
case of compat API does not allow that. This commit aligns
code with the documentation and also ligns libpod with compat API.
