Add `--swap` argument to `podman machine init` command.
Passing an int64 value to this flag will trigger the Podman machine
ignition file to be generated with a zram-generator.conf file containing
the --swap value as the zram-size argument.
This file is read by the zram-generator systemd service on boot
resulting in a zram swap device being created.

Adds a note in the `podman machine info` manpage that clarifies
that `defaultmachine` in the `podman machine info` output does
not suggest that a user can set a default podman machine via
system connections.
Additionally adds a Podman 6.0 TODO comment to change the name of the
field to `ActiveMachineConnection` to better describe its purpose.

Moving from Go module v4 to v5 prepares us for public releases.
Move done using gomove [1] as with the v3 and v4 moves.

The same problem again as 4374038cc6.
Also fix the incorrect --format autocompletion struct.
It should be avoided to import cmd/podman/... packages from outside of
cmd/podman. This can lead in weird hard to debug import paths but also
can have negative consequences when imported in unit tests. In this case
it will set XDG_CONFIG_HOME and thus the machine tests this dir over the
tmp HOME env variable which is set at a later point. This caused machine
files to be leaked into the actual users home dir.
