0f7d54b026 migrate Podman to containers/common/libimage
Migrate the Podman code base over to `common/libimage` which replaces
`libpod/image` and a lot of glue code entirely.

Note that I tried to leave bread crumbs for changed tests.

Miscellaneous changes:

 * Some errors yield different messages which required to alter some
   tests.

 * I fixed some pre-existing issues in the code. Others were marked as
`//TODO`s to prevent the PR from exploding.

 * The `NamesHistory` of an image is returned as is from the storage.
Previously, we did some filtering which I think is undesirable.
Instead we should return the data as stored in the storage.

 * Touched handlers use the ABI interfaces where possible.

 * Local image resolution: previously Podman would match "foo" on
"myfoo". This behaviour has been changed and Podman will now
only match on repository boundaries such that "foo" would match
"my/foo" but not "myfoo". I consider the old behaviour to be a
bug, at the very least an exotic corner case.

 * Futhermore, "foo:none" does *not* resolve to a local image "foo"
without tag anymore. It's a hill I am (almost) willing to die on.

 * `image prune` prints the IDs of pruned images. Previously, in some
cases, the names were printed instead. The API clearly states ID,
so we should stick to it.

 * Compat endpoint image removal with _force_ deletes the entire not
   only the specified tag.

9b3226a80a pkg/errorhandling.JoinErrors: don't throw away context for lone errors
When our multierror contains just one error, don't extract its text only
to rewrap it, because doing so discards any stack trace information that
might have been added closer to where the error actually originated.

827f6c9cb0 Reduce general binding binary size
when using the bindings to *only* make a connection, the binary was
rough 28MB. This PR reduces it down to 11. There is more work to do
but it will come in a secondary PR.

adcb3a7a60 remote copy
Implement `podman-remote cp` and break out the logic from the previously
added `pkg/copy` into it's basic building blocks and move them up into
the `ContainerEngine` interface and `cmd/podman`.

The `--pause` and `--extract` flags are now deprecated and turned into
nops.

Note that this commit is vendoring a non-release version of Buildah to
pull in updates to the copier package.

204493173e remote run: fix error checks
As error types are not preserved on the client side (due to marshaling),
we cannot use `errors.Cause(...)` and friends but, unfortunately, have
to fall back to looking for substring the error messages.

Change the error checks in remote run to do substring matches and fix
issue #7340.

7f97896c59 image removal: refactor part 2
Continue the refactoring of image removal. I didn't manage to break all
the following changes into smaller and easier to digest commits due to
time constraints:

 * Return an error slice instead of a single error. Use multierror only
in the client/frontend. Reflect that in the types.

 * Use the batch image removal in the client while preserving the more
   rest-idiomatic single-image removal endpoint.

 * Add a new handler for the single-image removal endpoint to make it
share the same code as the batch endpoint.

 * Expose bindings for the single and batch endpoints, so we can
   properly test them.

 * Add several convenience functions for error handling to
   pkg/errorhandling.

 * Set the correct error type in libpod to set the exit code to 2 when
one or more containers are using an image.

 * Massage the bindings tests a bit and tackle compilation errors.
