Machines configured to mount local paths containing
spaces failed to start on Hyper-V and silently failed
to mount the folder on macOS/Linux.
On Windows/hyperv, where local paths are mounted
running a 9p client inside the VM, the local host
path needs to be surrounding with quotation marks
before using in a `podman machine ssh ...` command.
A similar behavior happened on Linux/QEMU where the
path was used in a SSH command to mount the folder
using virtiofs. Quoting the path when buidling the
command arguments fixed the problem.
On macOS/libkit,applehv the path was written as is
in a systemd unit name to instruct how to mount it.
Escaping space chars so that they are are parsed
successfully fixed this:
```diff
-- enable path with spaces.mount
++ enable path\x20with\x20spaces.mount
```

This commit simplifies the systemd parser logic, and it solves an
infinite loop when using a continuation line.

If a container unit starts on boot with a dependency on `default.target`
the image unit may start too soon, before network is ready. This cause
the unit to fail to pull the image.
- Add a dependency on `network-online.target` to make sure image pulls
don't fail.
See https://github.com/containers/podman/issues/21873
- Document the hardcoded dependency on `network-online.target` for images unit
and explain how it can be overriden if necessary.
- tests/e2e/quadlet: Add `assert-last-key-regex`
Required to test the `After=` override in [Unit] section
See https://github.com/containers/podman/pull/22057#issuecomment-2008959993
- quadlet/unitfile: add a prepenUnitLine method
Requirements on networks should be inserted at the top of the
section so the user can override them.

AppleHV accepts a max 36 bytes for mount tags. Instead of using the fully qualified path for the mount tag, SHA256 the path, and truncate the shasum to 36 bytes.
Also correctly escape dashes in mounted paths.

This helper splits out a templated filename into the base template and
the instance name. This will be used later.

For a source file like `foo.container`, look for drop in named
`foo.container.d/*.conf` and merged them into the main file. The
dropins are applied in alphabetical order, and files in earlier
diretories override later files with same name.
This is similar to how systemd dropins work, see:
https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/latest/systemd.unit.html
Also adds some tests for these

We add a regular LookupBoolean that can fail lookups, which is used by
the WithDefault version. We want to use this directly later in some places.
It is fina to change API here because this has not been in a release yet.

packages under ./pkg/systemd.
